Today we will visit Efrat, an Israeli settlement south of Jerusalem within the Gush Et Zion region.  Here we will meet with Rabbi Shlomo Riskin.  We will then proceed to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity where we will meet with Pastors Naim and Steven Khoury and missionaries to the Palestinians.  Later, we will shop at the Three Arches Bookstore in Bethlehem.  This afternoon we will visit Yad Vashem which was built to memorialize the events of the Holocaust.  Yad Vashem contains a thorough recollection of a dark hour in human history.  There we will meet a Holocaust survivor and have a brief discussion.
