We will begin the day touring the Mount of the Beatitudes where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. We will drive by Kursi, located on the eastern shore of the Sea of Galilee and view the mosaic floor covered with a Greek inscription. This is a site where Jesus healed a man possessed by demons (Mark 5:1-20). We will then visit Ein Gev, a Kibbutz located on the eastern shore of the Sea of Galilee. We will have a St. Peter’s fish lunch here. After lunch, we will have an opportunity to enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, the same waters that Jesus walked on and the disciples fished out of. Then we will visit the Jesus Boat Museum at Kibbutz Nof Ginosar.
